What is included in the price?
The base price usually includes the van, movers, careful loading and unloading, and securing furniture inside the vehicle. We give the exact price after a few quick questions: addresses, floors, volume, bulky items, and whether packing is needed.
Extra charge for stairs / no elevator?
If there is no elevator or it is too small, there may be an extra charge for carrying items up or down manually. We always warn you in advance and confirm the price before the work starts.
Packing — do you provide materials?
Yes. We can bring wrap, cardboard, tape, corner protectors, and straps. We can pack everything ourselves or just bring the materials — whichever is more convenient for you.
How many people will come?
Usually 2 movers and a driver, and sometimes the driver helps too. If there is a lot of furniture or heavy items, we add more people so the move is faster and safer.
Can it be today / tomorrow?
Often yes. If we have an open slot, we can come the same day. Write or call us and we will tell you the nearest available time.
What if something gets damaged?
We work carefully: packing, blankets, straps, and secure fixing. If damage still happens because of our fault, we handle it honestly and quickly. Before we start, we confirm the scope of work and all agreements.
How can I pay?
Cash or bank transfer. After the work is completed, you check everything first and only then make the payment. If you need a receipt or invoice, let us know in advance.
How long does a move take?
It depends on the volume, floors, and distance. On average: a small apartment takes 2–4 hours, and a 2–3 room move takes 4–7 hours. Before arrival, we will give you a realistic time estimate.
